Since 1998, RLK Engineering has enjoyed calling North Texas Home. Our office is at 111 West Main Street in downtown Allen, Texas situated in the Woodsman of the World Building.

RLK Engineering has specialized in providing civil engineering consulting service for educational facilities as well as municipal and commercial development projects. These services include feasibility studies, land surveying, platting, civil engineering design, and construction administration for new projects as well as addition and/or renovation projects.

RLK strives to provide excellent service to our clients by producing innovative, cost effective solutions to difficult engineering problems, providing immediate response to our clients whenever a need arises, developing clear and concise construction documents in a timely manner, and, most importantly, providing the personal attention through which RLK Engineering has built its reputation.

Our Staff

Our design and product strength are direct reflections of our competent engineering staff. RLK Engineering currently has four registered professional engineers on staff, one of which is also registered in Oklahoma. In addition, our design technicians, on average, have over twenty years of civil engineering experience. Each member of our team has extensive technical experience in the layout and design of paving, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer projects. Members of our team also have experience in bridge layouts and advanced hydraulics, including floodplain management. All team members have extensive experience on all phases of educational, municipal, and commercial projects. This experience includes coordinating with the client and design team consultants, site planning, preparation of cost estimates, coordinating with municipalities, preparation of zoning documents and maps, platting, engineering design, client representation at Planning and Zoning and City Council meetings, coordinating utility relocations, preparing bid and contract documents, and construction administration.
